You’ll Need:
12 ounces canned shrimp
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/2 tsp curry
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1 lettuce head, shredded
Directions : In a bowl combine canned shrimp, mayonnaise, pineapple juice, curry, red pepper flakes, chopped celery, diced red bell pepper, and crushed pineapple chunks. Season with salt. Cover and chill until served.
Serve over shredded lettuce
