You’ll Need:
1/4 lb Dried beef 
2 tb Butter 
1 tb To 2 flour 
1 c  Milk 
Hot buttered toast
Directions : Pick meat in small pieces, brown in butter. 
  Sprinkle on flour and stir. Slowly add milk;  
  Cook until slightly thickened. When it boils, pour it over a platter of toast and serve at once.
