You’ll Need:
4 cup Peanut oil
4 lrg Potatoes, sliced as thin as possible
1/4 cup Chile powder
Salt
Directions : * 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan or a deep fryer to 375 F, or until a slice of potato sizzles when immersed.
* 2. Fry the chips a few at a time until crisp and golden, about 2 minutes.
* 3. Drain on paper towels and toss immediately with the chile powder and salt to taste
