You’ll Need:

2 green apples, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 quart of whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 pie shell.

Directions : Preheat Oven to 350F, peel, core and thinly slice apples, fill shell with slices,beat eggs with cream, sugar & vanilla until foamy, pour over apples and bake for 40 min. or until brown
