You’ll Need:

8 Mission? Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas warmed
3/4 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Jalape?o Pepper seeded and diced
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 large Onion chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped
1/2 tsp. Cumin ground
Lime wedges, Sour Cream, Jack Cheese shredded

Directions : 1. Saute garlic in oiled skillet, add shrimp and cumin. Cook 1 minute or until pink. Remove shrimp. Add onion and saute until tender. Add shrimp, tomato and pepper. Heat through. Remove from heat, stir in cilantro and a pinch of salt. Serve in tortillas with garnishes and lime wedges
