You’ll Need:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parsley, chopped very fine
1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 (5 1/4 ounce) jar Zatarain’s mustard
Dash of Tabasco or red pepper sauce
Lemon juice, to taste
2 pounds medium shrimp, boiled, de-veined
Directions : Mix all ingredients except the shrimp. Fold shrimp in gently to prevent breaking. Marinate for 24 hours.
Serve on Ritz crackers, one shrimp to a cracker.
