You’ll Need:

* 10 new potatoes, medium
* 1/2 C. grated Cheddar cheese
* 1 C. mayonnaise
* 1 C. chopped onion
* 1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions : Boil unpeeled potatoes, cool & slice. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and onion; stir into the potatoes. Place in greased casserole, top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
