You’ll Need:

1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbs vegetable or olive oil
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tbs sugar
2 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
dash garlic powder
dash oregano

Directions : Place in bread maker pan, in order, water, oil, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix on “dough” setting. Remove dough from maker to floured surface; punch down and shape into ball. Place in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Combine beaten egg, cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Baste egg mixture onto dough. Cover loaf and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste again with egg mixture. Bake in 350? F. oven for 30 to 35 minutes
