You’ll Need:
Preparation – 10 minutes, cooking time – 10 minutes
vegetable oil
32 large, raw shrimp, shelled
4 tbsp seasoned flour
2 beaten eggs
1 1/4 cups dried breadcrumbs
sea salt
lemon wedges and tartare sauce, to serve
Directions : Heat about 2 1/2 inches of vegetable oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
Toss the shrimp first in the seasoned flour, then the beaten egg. Give them a good shake to remove excess egg, then finally toss in the breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately
