You’ll Need:
2 lbs fresh green beans
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp salt-free herb seasoning (like Mrs. Dash)
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions : Wash beans and remove ends. Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven. Add beans; return to boil, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and keep warm. Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat; add garlic and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings. Add green beans; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with parsley
