You’ll Need:

1 tablespoon plain gelatine powder
1/4 cup cold water
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
Dash of salt
1 3/4 cup hot strong coffee

Directions : Soak gelatine in cold water for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill until firm.
