You’ll Need:

* Some aubergines
* Oil
* Salt
* Flour

Directions : Wash the aubergines and cut them into thin slices of 1 cm wide. Salt them and dip them in the flour. Fry them in hot oil. Let them drain afterwards using an absorbing kitchen towel for this purpose
